Information clause on personal data processing

INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 14(1) and (2) of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the Regulation), I hereby inform you that:

1. The Controller of your personal data is Clever Frame sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław, Poland, ul. Grota-Roweckiego 203, KRS: 0000749015, NIP: 8992850710, REGON: 381315040;
2. Your personal data shall be processed for purposes deriving from the justified interests of the Controller, such as, inter alia, direct marketing, freedom of trade and establishment of business relations – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation;
3. Your personal data has been made available to the Controller from publicly available sources, namely – the social networking site LinkedIn, specialised in professional and business contacts.
4. We only process data that is necessary for us, which may include your name, the name of the position you hold, the name and postal address of the company you work with and your e-mail address.
5. The recipients of your personal data shall be exclusively entities authorised by law to obtain personal data and employees or associates of the Controller;
6. You have the right to access and rectify, erase, restrict processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that the processing is based on the justified interest of the Controller;
7. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation;
8. Your personal data shall be stored until you object to its processing for the indicated purpose.
9. Your personal data shall not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union.
10. Your data shall not be processed by automated means including profiling.
